In this framework, you will examine your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness and create an action plan. You will learn and acquire tools for your self-development.

In this framework, you will explore your professional wellness. You will complete a series of exercises to help you determine your calling and find your "flow". You will participate in our design lab to help bring your business concept into reality.

In this framework, you will do an assessment of your current community and determine where you most belong and why. You will discover your tribe and create a plan of impact.
About
Patricia is a social worker with several years of experience serving a diverse population in health and mental health settings. She earned her Master's Science in Social Work, Enterprise Administration at Columbia University NY, and she's currently pursuing a 2nd Master's at the Maryland University of Integrated Health in Health and Wellness Coaching. She completed her undergraduate studies in Liberal Arts and Psychology with a Sociology minor at the State University of New York.
